1. Prep the skin. Exfoliate 24 hrs. before tanning.
2. Moisturize dry areas, such as hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Spray directly onto dry skin and blend with a tanning mitt using large circular motions.
3. Shower 1-4 hours after application depending on the desired end result. More time= deeper tan.
4. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
